POST #1:
A persect trap for me would be a place where everything has to do with Justin Bieber. The reason why?HELLOOOO!!!He is a "fox" as Mr.Smith says.It would be where all transportation were in wheelchairs.I don't know why I like wheelchairs,I just do because they are very fun to ride on.Either that,or those motorized thing-a-ma-jiggers at Wal-Mart.It would have to smell like the Dream Angel Divine perfume because I REALLY like that smell because when I was little,my mom use to some home from work wearing that, and every time I gave her a hug,I would capture her smell. The food there would have to be like the food at Krystal Burger.I think there is only 1 Krystal Burger in Texas, which is around where Traiders Village is.Most of the Krystal Burgers are in Mississippe and Tennessee (where I spend most of my summers). The rooms...well it would take a while for me to explain, but there would be posters EVERYWHERE just like in my room at home.In fact,I would want an exact replica of my room at my house.

POST #2:
I would like to go to the Lotus Casino, and I would probably stay for a year.I wouldn't want to stay for too long, because I would be missing the outside world.Who knows,Justin Bieber could get married to Taylor Swift or something!!!I would miss a lot,and Angelina Jolie would probably have 27 kids when I get out.But on a serious note,I would miss my parents and I would also not want to come back (SURPRISINGLY) because then I would just miss more things.I would also miss the everyday things like chores.I do chores and I excessively and clean when I am bored (that explains my room!). But I know that I will learn a very important lesson:be careful what you wish for!!!

1.What’s in the backpack Ares gives Percy? If you were him, would you have accepted this gift?In the backpack, there were fresh clothes,$20,a pouch of golden drachmas, and a bag of Double Stuf Oreos.I would have taken the backpack, because it would help me out a lot,and I would take any help I could get.

3.Annabeth says Percy wasn’t smart to anger Ares. Was Percy right to talk back to him? Why or why not?
I don't think he was-he's a very powerful god,and he is the god of war so...DER DER DER!!!ANY SANE PERSON WOULDN'T PICK A FIGHT WITH THE GOD OF WAR.And he is immortal,so it would be pretty hard to hurt him.
4.What do the beads mean on Annabeth’s necklace?Every August, the counselors pick the most important event of the summer, and they paint it on that year's beads.

7.How does Grover make sure the animals will be safe after they are released?
He placed a satyr's sanctuary on the animals.

8.Percy, Grover and Annabeth are attracted to different types of games at the Lotus Casino. What does each one like, and what does this tell you about their personality?Annabeth builds her own sim buidlings, and it's obvious that she want to do somethings great and build something.Grover plays a reverse-hunter shooting game, which proves that he is mad at humans for treating the animals so bad,and Percy played the VR sharpshooters, because sometimes he gets mad,and he doesn't mind fighting.

9.When does Percy start to realize the casino is a trap? When Darrin says "Groovy" and when he says that the year is 1977,and other kids said that it was different years,so when they go,they think it is the same year, but time passees by way more quickly.THEY NEVER LEAVE.

10.How does Percy snap Annabeth out of her trance? He started looking her in her eyes and talking about spiders-Large,hairy spiders.

Chapter 15 Anticipatory Prompt #1

Annabeth is right-even strength has to bow to wisdom. If you are strong-WIPTEEDOO great for you!!!But you have to have the smarts to know when and how to use them. For example,if you get offended by what somebody says,if you have all strength, you are going to fight. If you have wisdom, you will tell or do something like that. You might think it is wimpy, but let's just see whenever you end up in I.S.S. I know you might be laughing now,but it has happened to me,and I was the one not in I.S.S.So when it comes to it,WISDOM IS THE CHEESE TO MY MACARONI.I'd prefer wisdom over strength any day.

Chapter 13 Anticipatory Writing Responce #1

Many people have phobias. Fear of heights is one of the most common. Are you afraid of high places, or do you know anyone who is? What about other phobias – do you have any?

I am afraid of heights, particularly the bridge at Children's Hospital in Dallas. You know, the one with the airplanes hanging around the sides.Every time I go on it,I get scared to go on the edges because I am afraid to fall, but if I'm in the middle of the bridge then I feel dizzy, and sometimes I feel as if I can't control where my legs are going.Another weird thing is that whenever I have an awesome dream,I always end up dying because I fall from something.I am also afraid of clowns.I have no idea why, they just creep me out.I am also afraid that if I go swimming, while I'm doing an underwater backflip,my feet float to the surface above the water, and I get stuck. It might be impossible, but that probably won't ever happen to me.For some reason,I'm afraid that one day I am going to school and I will forget my shoes. It sounds a little weird, but is hasn't happened....so far...

Chapter 2 - Anticipatory Prompt 1

What would a teacher need to be like for me to respect them?Well, when it comes down to it,you pretty much have to respect them all the time. But I would like a teacher where opinions are allowed, but you have to remember not to go overboard.I would like a teacher that would have rules, but let you have some kind of freedom. One that actually cares about how you feel, and doesn't just worry about you passing a dumb test to make them look good.I would also like a teacher that is funny, because some teachers make up corny jokes to try to be 'hip'.You know,a natural sense of humor, and they don't try too hard. But,you always have to respect teachers,no matter how much you dislike them.

Chapter One;A

I will never forget my worst field trip ever.It was in fourth grade when we were going to the rodeo. At first,I had a choice if I wanted to go.I thought I was going to see a cowboy riding on a bull, and all that kind of action. But it turns out,we went to different booths to learn about cotton and wheat and had to answer all kinds of questions!!!It didn't help when I didn't have a pencil, and when I sat in the back and couldn't hear anything. On top of that, I had to wait in a line about the size of a couple of football fields, and when we sat down to eat,we barely had any time!!And the worst part was that when we saw the animals, they looked like they were about to attack us,and they kept using the bathroom in front of us.It was completely inappropriate, and it stank really bad.I even got my brand new white shoes dirty! We had a bumpy ride home, and I think that all of those details earn the title of the WORST FIELD TRIP EVER!!!

I Think I'm Related To...

I think that i am related to the goddess Artemis. She was very caring (like me),but at the same time could kill anyone with the single strike of an arrow.Born first before her brother Apollo, she helped her mom,Leto, deliver him.She was also the daughter of Zeus.Niobe, queen of Thebe, once bragged about how she was better than Leto (Artemis' mom) because she had more children than just 2.When that happened,Apollo and Artemis reported that to her mom,and they killed all of her children with her arrows.Niobe continued to weep, even though she was turned to stone. When Apollo noticed that Artemis was spending a long time hunting with Orion,a giant,he decided to get rid of him.Apollo challenged Artemis to prove how good she was at archery. They went out to sea,and Artemis hit the target perfectly. It turns out,the target was really Orion's head. She was the goddess of forests and hills, child birth, the hunt, and often was depicted as a huntress carrying a bow and arrows. The things that meant the most to her were family and she adored the deer and cypress.

But then again,I may be related to Athena, the daughter of Zeus and Metis. She was the goddess of wisdom, war, strategy, industry, justice and skill..She was very powerful and athletic, like me.She stood for what she believed in,and wasn't afraid to get off her feet and fight for what is right. She was first in the form of a bird. Her symbol is an owl, since it is very wise. She was regarded as the goddess of wisdom.

But enough about the girls.I also think that I could be related to Hermes,Messenger of the gods, god of commerce, thieves, travelers, sports, and border crossings. He lit the path for people as a messenger, and led them in the right direction, and most known as the herald,or messenger for the gods.Hermes is usually depicted with a broad-brimmed hat or a winged cap, winged sandals and the heralds staff.Other symbols of Hermes are the cock, tortoise and purse or pouch. He was caring as well as an intelegent person, and as a herald accomplished many tasks guiding gods and taking orders.

The Lightning Thief Introduction

2. What do you know about learning disabilities such as ADHD or dyslexia? Do you
know anyone who has a learning disability? Do you think a person with a learning
disability should receive more time to complete tests or less homework than a
person without a learning disability? Yes,and no.It really depends on the situation, and if they abuse their power.I say that because I understand what it is like, and nobody s perfect.we are all different and work at our own pace. But if that means that all the assignments are late, and you are not willing to try, then no it is not okay.
3. In Ancient times, the Greeks had gods for many important forces in their lives --
the sea, thunderstorms, farming, music, medicine, poetry, archery, etc. Why do
you think they imagined many different gods rather than just one? Would this
make life more confusing or less confusing? I think that to some people it could be confusing because if they needed help, they would have a hard time deciding who to go to.But at the same time, everyone would be a god of their own thing, and what they love to do.If their was just one, there would be jealousy, but if their was more, there would be rivalry.
4. Young children often imagine that their parents aren’t really their parents. What
would it be like if you suddenly found out that you had a “real” father or mother
you never knew about? What if this person was extremely rich and powerful –
would you accept them as a parent? I wouldn't accept them as a parent because they weren't there all my life and it just wouldn't seem right to just forget about my other parents.Even though they were rich, money can't buy you happiness.
5. Do you believe in anything that science can’t prove -- such as magic, or ghosts, or
creatures like the Loch Ness monster? Why or why not? I do because ghosts are all around us.I prefer to call them spirits, because that's pretty much what we are,but we are just in a body.As far as the Loch Ness monster,I never really heard of it,therefor I don't believe in it.Maybe somebody just made a mistake in what they saw,and the word just spread.
